Issue: I do not see the email that contains my MacinCloud server username, password, and login instructions in my inbox.


Cause: Your account's email may not have been entered correctly or you may need the email to be resent or it may have been filtered into your spam folder.


Solution: Be sure to check your spam folder as well as your inbox.


Ensure that your account's email address is correctly typed. If you observe that it is misspelled or incorrect, please contact our Support Staff from a working email for assistance.


If your email was entered correctly, please contact our Support Staff requesting the email be resent to your account's main email address.
