Excessive usage is handled differently between Managed Daily Limit, Managed Day Pass Plan, and Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions as detailed below.


For Hour Daily Limit Monthly Managed Plans

Usage over the "Hour Daily Limit" plan is billed at $1 per additional hour. Users who frequently exceed their plan's chosen Hour Daily Limit will be automatically upgraded to the limit tier that best fits their usage patterns. (i.e. from a 3-hour daily limit to a 5-hour daily limit).



For Day Monthly Limit Managed Plans 

Users who exceed their plan's chosen Monthly Day Limit will be billed separately at $4 per additional day used. 



For Pay-As-You-Go Plans

If server usage exceeds the prepaid amount, the account will be automatically billed according to the plan you have chosen.
