Issue: I just purchased a Pay-As-You-Go plan and on the invoice it said there would be another invoice a month from now. What is going on?


Cause: The monthly invoice is simply our automated monthly audit system: It will only contain a charge if you have selected an add-on (such as the SSH Add-on). Otherwise the monthly invoice will be blank. Note that you can request a report on your usage balance from our Support Staff to see how many hours you have remaining for your user account.
