Issue: I do not know where to go to edit my billing information. 


Solution: There are two primary ways to edit your billing information.


1. Through our Web Portal

    i. After logging in, hover your mouse over your username and click "Billing" on the dropdown menu that appears

    ii. Click on "Edit Billing"


2. Through your billing management link (provided in the new server account email containing your login credentials)

    i. Open the new account email with subject "New MacinCloud Account" which contains your login information 

    ii. Scroll down to the section ACCOUNT AND BILLING MANAGEMENT 

    iii. Follow the provided link to quickly manage your subscription and review your billing information 

    iv. By "Billing Information" click "Edit"


Once you arrive on the billing edit page, you can edit your billing information.
