Your invoices can be accessed and viewed from two locations: Your Billing Management link or your Web Portal account.
Billing Management link
- Open the email you received upon sign-up that contains your login username and password
- Access your billing management link (located just under your credentials)
- Towards the bottom of the linked page, you will find all the invoices associated with your account under “Invoices.” They can be downloaded as PDF files.
Web Portal
You can also review all the invoices on your account through our Web Portal in two easy steps:
- After logging in, hover your mouse over your name and click on “My Profile when the drop-down menu appears (Outlined in red in the screenshot below):
- Next, click on “Billing” and then the “Settings” option. This will open a new page showing all the invoices on your account.
