The MacinCloud Dedicated Server Plan provides users with root/admin privileges, and users will have the ability to upgrade their macOS to a newer version. If you are subscribed to a Dedicated Server plan, and wish to perform a macOS Upgrade, please contact MacinCloud Support prior to upgrading your macOS to that ensure your server supports the desired operating system upgrade.
Upgrading a server that does not support the desired macOS will cause the user to receive an error after the upgrade. The error will state "Not able to connect" or "Unable to reboot" from the MacinCloud Web Portal.
Contact MacInCloud Support to resolve connection issue and upgrade the compatibility of server to support new macOS.
