Issue: You have a MacinCloud Dedicated Server Plan, and you are facing the error "the disk doesn't have enough free space" error during download.

Solution: Please check the following:

1. If there is any icon on your Dock bar (shortcut bar) is showing the "?" mark. If so, right click and delete that icon. Once deleted, please try downloading again. This should resolve the issue.

2. Check your browser's default download folder setting and make sure it is set to your user account's "Download" folder, "Desktop" folder or other location based on your preference.
