Issue: I applied an update in the App Store to my MacinCloud Dedicated server but I cannot connect to it anymore
Cause: The server will require a reboot to complete some kinds of updates, which will say "Restart Required" by the update's title. Note that OS updates always require a reboot.
Solution: Simply reboot the server to finish the update process
- Log into the Web Portal
Hover your mouse over "My Servers"
Click "Dedicated Servers" from the dropdown menu
Click "Actions" on the server you wish to reboot
Click "Reboot" to reboot the server
Allow the server some time to reboot to finish the process
