Issue: I connected to my MacinCloud Managed Server but can't hear anything. How do I turn the sound on? 

Cause: The .zip of MacinCloud connection files includes connection files with and without audio enabled 

Solution: Simply connect to your server using the connection files in the folder labeled "Sound Enabled"

  • Download your MacinCloud connection files from the email containing your login information 
  • Open the folder
  • Open the sub-folder labeled "Sound Enabled" 
  • Double-click on the connection file of your choice to connect to your server with the sound enabled
