Issue: An application I had open froze and is unresponsive.
Cause: There are a variety of reasons that an application can freeze. Generally it is due to CPU usage. Nothing that can't be fixed!
Solution: It is possible to "Force Quit" from an application that is frozen. Simply do the following:
1. Click on the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen
2. Click on "Force Quit"
3. Select the frozen application
4. Click "Force Quit"
If you are unable to force quit from the application and it is still frozen, you can contact our Support Staff and request that your server be rebooted.
