Make sure you have the latest macOS on your server

You must have the latest macOS to access the latest versions of Visual Studio for Mac, Xamarin, or Xcode. If you do not have the latest macOS, your server will not support the latest versions of these software.

Please make sure that you are using a server with the latest macOS. If your current server macOS version is not the latest, you will need to purchase a new subscription with the latest macOS selected. 

After purchasing the new subscription and transferring your files from your old server (We recommend using DropBox), you may request a credit of the unused portion of your previous subscription from our support staff.

If you are on a server with the latest macOS and are still prompted to update Xcode or Xamarin, please contact our support staff.
