Try an alternate connection
If you cannot connect to your server through the web portal, remember that there is more than one way to access your server.
Before reaching out to our support staff about the connection issue, please try connecting to your server another way:
- Try using RDP (If you're on a Managed or Pay-As-You-Go plan, or have the add-on for your Dedicated plan)
- Try connecting with VNC (If you're on a Dedicated plan)
