MacinCloud Web Portal Users may wish to share their Web Portal Account with other users for team collaboration. You can share your web portal server access with another web portal user account.

Currently you can only share your account to up to 3 other user accounts. And you will share full portal access to those users. Users cannot access passwords through portal, so your share will not provide password to other users who share the access.

To share your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Web Portal account at
  2. Once you have logged in, hover over your account profile on the upper right corner and click "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Share My Account" tab located on the right side of "PROFILE ACCOUNT"
  4. Click "Share Account" to open up a modal to insert the email of the account you would like to share. 
  5. Click "Share"
