Issue: When attempting to log onto my MacinCloud server, I was met with an error that read "The logon attempt failed."  

Cause: Your server login credentials may not have been entered correctly. Note that server login credentials are different from your Web Portal login

Solution: Please check the following before contacting our Support Staff:

  • Ensure that you are entering the username and password credentials provided in the email containing your login information 
  • Please confirm that "Caps Lock" is not turned on
  • Please confirm that you are entering your credentials correctly (Note that MacinCloud servers use US-QWERTY keyboard layout by default)
