Make sure your credentials are being correctly entered
Before contacting our support staff for assistance, please ensure you're correctly entering your credentials adhering to the criteria below:
- Ensure that you are entering the username and password credentials provided in the email containing your login information (Do not enter your email as the username)
- Please confirm that "Caps Lock" is not turned on
- Note that the login window uses the US-QWERTY keyboard layout by default: If you are using a different keyboard layout, be mindful to enter your username and password correctly
Note: Your server login credentials are not the same as your web portal login username and password
