Our Terms of Service 2.1 which is accepted at the time of purchase clearly states the following:

 "All sales are final. For subscription plans, MacinCloud will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription, or, if applicable, at the end of your trial period. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order. All subscription plans are renewed automatically until cancellation ... You may cancel your subscription plan to prevent future charges at any time for any reason. You will be charged for any and all use prior to cancellation."

All of our customers have the direct mean to cancel their subscription at anytime:

1. A billing management URL link is provided in the same Email as your server access credentials, which is sent immediately after the purchase. 

2. A billing cancellation form is provided on our website after a customer logs in.

3. A customer can contact us at anytime to cancel future subscription terms through our online support portal and support email address.
