Managed Server and Pay-As-You-Go-Plans

If you have a Managed or Pay-As-You-Go server plan and are unable to connect to the server please try the following:

  • Disable any firewalls and try again.
  • Ensure your firewall and network settings are not blocking port 6000.
  • Try BrowserConnect
